Welcome to Joie Hair Co., established in 2024. We’re a collective of independent stylists working together to provide high-quality hair services and an extraordinary salon experience. With almost a decade of experience in the hair industry, owners Sophie, Kacey, and Rae view hair as a beautiful art form. We’re passionate about the craft and our specialties, and we hope to build strong relationships with you throughout your hair journey. CANCELLATION POLICY
A cancellation fee of 25% of scheduled service(s) will be charged for any appointment canceled within 48 hours of scheduled appointment. 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time without any attempt of communication to Joie Hair Co. & staff is considered a no-show. A no-show fee of 50% of scheduled service(s) will be charged. Any fee charged for these reasons will not be refunded and will not be applied as a credit on your account. If a no-show or multiple cancellations have occurred, you may be required to pay a 25% nonrefundable deposit for a future booking or required to schedule services for day of only.
